Course Description

The COVID-19 pandemic has completely changed the business landscape, and likely forever. Accounting professionals have seen the impact firsthand, in their own firms, as well as within their clients’ businesses. But as the “reactive” period starts giving way to the next phase, there is a big unanswered question for a lot of the firms out there - “what the heck happens next?!”

Join virtual veterans Botkeeper and Justworks, as we discuss some of the big looming issues that have started jolting CPAs out of bed - such as “Should I go back to a physical office or stay remote? Did I put tools in place simply to get by during the madness, and are these going to work long term? Am I bringing back furloughed team members, and more importantly, keeping them in the same roles? What about getting back to growth?”

Leaving this webinar you’ll learn:

  • How to start asking the right questions now, to set yourself up beyond the pandemic

  • Ways to evaluate the quality of your solution stack as a firm heading into a new world

  • How to implement the successful tactics being used by veteran remote-based companies, for long term success!
