She offers valuable guidance to organizations in fostering inclusion and sustainable ethical practices. Specializing in anti-ableism, disability justice, intersectionality, anti-racism, and inclusion, Jen has extensive experience collaborating with teams in media, science, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors. Her upbringing in Atlanta, GA, steeped in civil rights discussions, continues to influence her commitment to fostering comfortable equity-focused conversations in her work, community, and her household alongside her husband, two step-children, beloved dog Grizz Le'Bear, and five chickens.
