This is the second of a two-part series that will help accounting professionals understand the similarities and differences between the QuickBooks Online Payroll Core, Premium, and Elite subscriptions. This training will address how to set up, utilize, and understand the basic features as well as the advanced settings of QuickBooks Time, project costing, and offering benefits within QuickBooks Online Payroll Core, Premium, and Elite subscriptions. This series will provide you with the skills and knowledge required to provide a professional level of support to small business clients and help them succeed using QuickBooks Online Payroll Core, Premium, and Elite subscriptions.
In Part Two, you will develop a working understanding of paying, filing, and adjusting payroll tax liabilities and necessary year-end tasks. Using advanced payroll reports, learners will understand how the QuickBooks Time integration, Class tracking, and Projects can generate job costing reports. Attendees will also learn how to track time-off policies, tips, gratuities, and how to offer health benefits—including deductions and contributions.
MB (Mary Beth) Raimondi became a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) in 1982. MB has worked with all versions of QuickBooks software, as well as Quicken software, since Intuit first introduced them more than twenty years ago. MB became a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor in 2002 and has been an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor since the inception of the program in 2006. MB managed her own accounting and tax practice in Trumbull, Connecticut, where her extensive client list included corporations, partnerships, LLC’s, individuals and families. In 2006, MB changed the focus of her practice to helping both individuals and businesses manage their accounting, payroll, invoicing and customer contacts through the use of QuickBooks software. She has brought other ProAdvisors in to help her. She is also proficient in Quicken, QuickPayroll and ProSeries (additional Intuit products.) Having the small business experience, as a CPA, is a real benefit to her clients.
