Course Description

Small firms have the advantage of being more agile and able to adopt remote work practices more easily, but may also lack the technical know-how to do it properly (keyword there being properly.)

This session is designed specifically for non-techies to learn what small firms should take into consideration when developing their remote work policies and cybersecurity measures so that they balance their team’s ability to work remotely with the risks of a cybersecurity breach. Also learn about some of the technology options that are affordable and easy to implement for small firms that can help address employee engagement, cybersecurity, and other hybrid work risks.

After attending this session you’ll have a better idea of what you should (and should not) do to enable hybrid work, and also what to discuss with your IT service provider.
