Course Description

Time is the only asset we have that is not renewable. It is incredibly valuable, yet, at the end of the day, we don't always spend our time on what was most important. If we're not intentional about how we invest our time, we will lose it. If you feel overwhelmed by the magnitude of what you need to accomplish each day, this workshop-style presentation will help you understand how you are currently using your time, evaluate that against your ideal workday/week, and implement strategies to create the change you desire.

Learning Objectives:

  • Evaluate your current use of time

  • Create your ideal workweek

  • Identify time management strategies you can implement today
